Awin is seeking a Global Integration Analyst to join their Technical Services department. In this role, the individual will provide high-level technical support during the integration process, assisting clients in launching their brands onto Awin's network. The Integration Analyst will liaise with both the client’s marketing and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of bespoke online tracking technology, adhering to agreed campaign specifications.Role involves:
  • Providing Technical Integration Support
  • Acting as the point of contact for technical guidance
  • Isolating errors and providing feedback on solutions
  • Negotiating and objection handling
  • Contributing to monthly targets
  • Reviewing team members' work
  • Reporting technical issues and escalating them
  • Administering a knowledge base
  • Providing training to internal colleagues
  • Testing new developments and features
Requirements include:
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills with customer service experience
  • Understanding of web languages (HTML, SQL, JavaScript, PHP)
  • Familiarity with E-commerce platforms
  • Self-motivation and a proactive approach
  • Understanding of processes and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • IT-related degree or relevant work experience
