Awin is seeking a Global Integration Analyst to join their Global Technical Client Integration department in Paris. The company is a technology leader connecting advertisers and publishers.

The Global Integration Analyst plays a crucial role in onboarding major brands to Awin's network by providing technical support throughout the integration process. The role involves collaborating with client marketing and technical teams to implement online tracking technology according to campaign specifications and deadlines.

Role Involves:

  • Assisting clients with network integration by providing detailed technical support.
  • Acting as an intermediary, offering clear and precise technical advice.
  • Identifying configuration errors and proposing suitable solutions.
  • Negotiating and managing objections related to non-compliant configurations.
  • Contributing to achieving the integration team's monthly objectives.
  • Verifying and validating the work of other team members before technical validation.
  • Reporting technical issues or platform bugs and ensuring their escalation.
  • Managing an internal and external knowledge base.
  • Testing new features and developments.

Requirements:

  • Degree in computer science or relevant experience.
  • Beginners accepted (internships are assets).
  • Ability to understand web languages such as basic HTML, SQL, Javascript, and ideally PHP.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and/or Google products is an asset.
  • Knowledge of online sales tracking methods (1st and 3rd party cookies, understanding of consent protocols and navigating browser limitations).
  • Fluent English & French.
  • Excellent analytical skills while maintaining an overall vision.
  • Strong communication skills, ideally with customer service experience emphasizing relationship management.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and their operation.
  • Constant concern for improving productivity and quality of work.
  • Autonomy and initiative.
  • Knowledge and respect of established processes and procedures.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and harmoniously within a team.
