Appian is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join their team in Mexico City. Appian values cross-functional collaboration and is committed to personal and professional growth. This role is based at the Mexico City office, and in-person collaboration is a key driver.He/she will become an expert on the Appian platform, working with clients, from data analysis to creative problem-solving, to mitigate their technical concerns.
Role involves: - Solving problems and finding creative solutions to complex technical concerns.
- Providing exceptional support (verbal/written) to customers and stakeholders.
- Tackling technical challenges and communicating work across departments.
- Working closely with customers to improve the platform's availability, performance, functionality, and security.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a similar field.
- Flexibility to provide after-business-hours support (rotation every 10-15 weeks).
- Proficiency in English and the ability to converse in English in a business setting.
- Interest in software development, data analytics, and programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, PHP).
- Interest in or experience with RDBMS platforms (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server) and systems administration (e.g., Linux, Windows).
