Appian is seeking a Premier Solution Engineer to provide technical expertise to customers globally. This role involves collaborating across departments, focusing on platform support for assigned customers.
  • Working as part of an overall account success team
  • Focusing on the platform support experience for assigned customers
  • Tackling challenging technical problems encountered by Appian customers and partners
Requirements include:
  • Experience in customer service
  • Exceptional communication, customer service, and presentation skills
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of IaaS, Web and Application Servers, RDBMS platforms
  • Programming/Scripting knowledge
  • Network troubleshooting and systems administration skills
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology
