Job Description
Appian is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team in Chennai. The role is based in their Chennai office in India. This individual will be responsible for managing the full candidate lifecycle, developing sourcing strategies, and partnering with hiring managers to improve the interview process.

Role involves:
- Owning the candidate lifecycle from start to finish, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and closing.
- Creating and executing sourcing strategies.
- Contributing to building positive brand recognition in the local and domestic community.
- Partnering with hiring leaders across departments as a strategic advisor.
- Continuously helping improve, evolve, and scale interview best practices.
- Understanding Appian’s business strategy and competitive positioning.
Requirements:
- 5+ years proven success as a Technical Recruiter.
- Experience as a Talent Advisor with the ability to influence and execute with senior leaders.
- Ability to strategize and prioritize reqs and needs of departments.
- Self-awareness and thoughtfulness in every situation, internally & externally.
- Use of market knowledge and data to drive a hiring process.
- Innate sense of urgency and tenacity, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Accountability for delivering results.
