Job Description
Appian is seeking an Associate Consultant to join its Customer Success team in Seville, Spain. The Associate Consultant will play a crucial role in partnering with customers to bring their ideas to life, building and deploying web-based applications on the Appian platform to support their business strategies.
The role involves working on projects, collaborating with other Appian consultants, and utilizing the Appian platform (primarily Appian SAIL) to develop applications that solve client business needs. The start date for this role will be in Summer 2025.

What the role involves:
- Leveraging experience in process improvement disciplines.
- Constructing, implementing, and deploying business process management solutions using Appian software.
- Analyzing client business strategies and developing technical solutions.
- Designing prototypes, modeling business processes, and analyzing requirements.
- Implementing quality assurance plans, load testing, and roll-out plans.
Requirements:
- Understanding of at least one coding language and examples of prior application.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A solid foundation or passion for technology.
- B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Math, Physics, or equivalent background.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
