Appian is seeking an Associate Technology Consultant to join their Customer Success team in McLean, Virginia. The role involves building and deploying web-based applications using the Appian platform to support customers’ business needs. The Associate Consultant will become an expert on the Appian software, implementing business process management applications and scaling them across the enterprise for external clients. Appian fosters a culture of in-person collaboration and teamwork.
Role Involves:
- Building and deploying web-based applications using the Appian platform.
- Implementing business process management applications.
- Scaling programs across the enterprise for external clients.
- Analyzing client's business strategy and processes.
- Developing technical solutions to support client's needs.
Requirements:
- B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Math, or equivalent background
- Experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL server, etc.) and cloud technologies preferred
- Ability to leverage experience in process improvement disciplines.
- Skill to construct, implement, and deploy process-centric business process management solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel 20% to support customer engagement.
