Job Description
Appian is seeking an Associate Consultant to join their Customer Success team. The role involves building and deploying web-based applications using the Appian platform to support customers’ business needs. Appian was built on a culture of in-person collaboration where employees hired for this position are expected to be in the office to foster that culture.
    Role involves:
  • Building and deploying web-based applications using the Appian platform.
  • Becoming an expert on the Appian software platform.
  • Implementing business process management applications.
  • Scaling programs across the enterprise for external clients.
  • Analyzing client's business strategy and processes.
  • Developing technical solutions to support client's business needs.
  • Using a design thinking approach for prototyping and modeling business processes.
    Requirements:
  • B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Math, or equivalent.
  • US Citizenship.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
  • Ability to leverage experience in process improvement disciplines.
  • Skill to construct, implement, and deploy process-centric BPM solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A solid foundation of, or passion for, technology.
  • A government sponsored clearance at the Top Secret level or higher and willingness to work in a SCIF environment
