Appian is seeking an Associate Consultant to join their Customer Success team. The role involves building and deploying web-based applications using the Appian platform to support customers’ business needs. Appian was built on a culture of in-person collaboration where employees hired for this position are expected to be in the office to foster that culture.
Role involves: - Building and deploying web-based applications using the Appian platform.
- Becoming an expert on the Appian software platform.
- Implementing business process management applications.
- Scaling programs across the enterprise for external clients.
- Analyzing client's business strategy and processes.
- Developing technical solutions to support client's business needs.
- Using a design thinking approach for prototyping and modeling business processes.
Requirements: - B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Math, or equivalent.
- US Citizenship.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
- Ability to leverage experience in process improvement disciplines.
- Skill to construct, implement, and deploy process-centric BPM solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A solid foundation of, or passion for, technology.
- A government sponsored clearance at the Top Secret level or higher and willingness to work in a SCIF environment
