Job Description
Appian is seeking an Associate Software Consultant to join their Customer Success team in Mexico City. This role is crucial for delivering mission-critical business impact by partnering with customers to bring their ideas to life using the Appian platform. The consultant will be an expert on the company's software, implementing business process management applications and scaling programs across enterprises.
The position is based in Appian's Mexico City office, and the company emphasizes in-person collaboration five days a week to foster teamwork and shared ideas.
Responsibilities include:
- Leveraging experience in process improvement disciplines.
- Constructing, implementing, and deploying process-centric business process management solutions.
- Analyzing client's business strategy and developing technical solutions.
- Designing thinking for prototypes and model business processes.
Requirements:
- B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Math, or equivalent background
- Bilingual or Business proficiency of the English language
- Willingness to travel; 20% to support customer engagements
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid foundation or interest in technology.
- Preferred experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL server, etc.) and cloud technologies.
