Job Description

Appian is seeking an Associate Technical Consultant to join their Customer Success team in Mexico City. This role involves building and deploying web-based applications on the Appian platform to support customers’ business strategies. The Associate Consultant will be an expert on the Appian software, implementing business process management applications and scaling them across the enterprise.

Appian fosters a culture of in-person collaboration and teamwork, with employees expected to work from the Mexico City office five days a week.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Leveraging experience in process improvement disciplines such as BPM and knowledge management.
  • Constructing, implementing, and deploying process-centric BPM solutions based on Appian software.
  • Analyzing client’s business strategy and developing technical solutions.
  • Designing prototypes and modeling business processes.

Requirements:

  • B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Math, or equivalent.
  • Bilingual or Business proficiency of the English language
  • Willingness to travel; 20% to support customer engagement
  • Experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL server, etc.) and cloud technologies preferred.
