Job Description
Appian is seeking a Principal Consultant to work in their Sydney office. The Principal Consultant will play a leadership role in consulting, impacting customer interaction and team development. They will collaborate closely with clients and Appian team members, becoming experts in both process application development and business processes across various client industries.
Role Involves:
- Working with clients to define business processes and gather requirements.
- Designing and implementing solutions with Appian software.
- Providing demonstrations to clients.
- Establishing and implementing metrics to optimize team delivery.
- Communicating with client technical teams and business owners.
- Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior consultants.
Requirements:
- BS in Computer Science or related field/degree.
- 8+ years of experience.
- Experience with modern Responsive Web Applications, Mobile-First Solutions, Composite applications.
- Comfort coding in Java, JavaScript, .Net and other programming languages.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional teams using agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience with software consulting in ERP, CRM, BPM/Workflow, Data Integration Architecture or EAI.
