Job Description
Appian is seeking a Senior Consultant to contribute to the business of consulting and client success. The Senior Consultant will work closely with clients and Appian core members, impacting customer interaction and team development. They will become experts in building process applications and business processes across various client industries.
Role Involves:
- Working with clients to define business processes and gather system requirements.
- Designing and implementing solutions with Appian software.
- Driving adoption by empowering clients to build process applications.
- Communicating with client technical teams and business owners.
- Supervising, mentoring and developing junior consultants and business analysts.
Requirements:
- BS in Computer Science or related field/degree.
- 5+ years of experience.
- Experience with modern responsive web applications and mobile-first solutions.
- Comfortable coding in Java, JavaScript, .Net, and other programming languages.
- Experience in cross-functional teams using agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience with software consulting (ERP, CRM, BPM/Workflow, Data Integration Architecture or EAI).
