Job Description
Appian is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to serve customers across the French territory. This role involves driving major enterprise accounts, establishing relationships, and providing direct touch across all levels of the end customer, while engaging with top System Integrators. The Account Executive will be supported by cross-functional teams from Appian Marketing, Industry Consulting, Customer Success, and Solution Consulting.
Responsibilities: - Drive the strategy for Enterprise Accounts in the French region.
- Use company-wide success and use cases as a blueprint, adding own ideas and vertical knowledge.
- Determine if the customer has a valid business need for the Appian platform and Customer success services.
- Discuss business drivers and value with relevant decision makers, including C-level executives.
- Build and strengthen business relationships with existing accounts across all hierarchies.
- Recommend marketing strategies.
- Provide status information, including forecast/pipeline information.
- Identify Appian customer references that can be utilized when reference selling.
Requirements: - Proven success record in Enterprise Software Sales, ideally in life sciences/pharmaceuticals, energy/utilities, or the public sector.
- Experience selling to C-level executives, identifying BANT, positioning solution value, and differentiating against competitors.
- Familiarity with industry terms, priorities, solutions, roles, and key players across the digital landscape.
- Experience in influencing Digital transformation, Customer services, Customer experience initiatives at Cx0 level and consulting partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, customer service, business, and negotiation skills.
- High energy with the capability to multi-task in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization.
