Job Description
Appian is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth in major accounts within the Financial Services & Insurance sectors. The role involves establishing relationships with end customers, engaging with top SIs, and penetrating new organizations within assigned accounts. The Account Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams from Appian including Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, and Solutions Consulting in order to attain and exceed sales performance goals.

Role Involves:
  • Driving revenue growth in major accounts.
  • Establishing relationships with customers at all levels.
  • Engaging with top System Integrators (SIs).
  • Penetrating new customers and organizations.
  • Leveraging cross-functional teams for support.
  • Delivering presentations to LOB & IT audiences.

Requirements:
  • Significant direct selling experience of complex tech.
  • Proven history of consistent quota achievement.
  • Experience to close new customer logos
  • Strong job tenure
  • Fluent English
  • In-depth understanding of FSI institutions across LATAM and their buying behaviours
