Interactive Brokers is seeking a Corporate Actions Analyst to join their team in Hong Kong. The Corporate Actions Team is responsible for the validation, risk evaluation, processing, and reconciliation of corporate action-related events. The team member will operate, help enhance, and test the group's evolving Corporate Action systems, collaborating with internal and external clients. The analyst will gain exposure to the impact of various corporate events and securities products.
- Analyze, monitor, and verify incoming corporate action information.
- Reconcile company records with clearinghouses and banks.
- Interface with clearinghouses and banks.
- Collect and analyze instructions from customers.
- Work on system enhancements.
- Communicate with internal and external parties.
- Bachelor's degree (science, mathematics, or accounting preferred)
- 2-5 years of Corporate Action experience.
- Knowledge of stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and Government Securities.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision.
