Job Description

dmg events, an international exhibition and publishing company, is seeking an Operations Executive to join their team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing stand services for large-scale exhibitions. The role involves updating content, managing exhibitor queries, processing submissions, and liaising with the venue for approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Updating content and sending login credentials to exhibitors.
  • Managing exhibitor queries and providing operations support.
  • Processing submissions and chasing required information.
  • Liaising with the venue for approvals and scheduling floorplan checks.
  • Assisting with PB submissions and preparing refund processes.
  • Processing additional services and providing regular reports on stand design submissions.
  • Providing updates on exhibitor lists and floorplans.
  • Answering exhibitor and contractor queries.
  • Checking stand builds and managing health and safety.
  • Attending team meetings to discuss ideas and suggestions.
  • Issuing vehicle passes and contractor badges.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience working on large-scale exhibitions in the Middle East.
  • Knowledge of exhibition health and safety regulations.
  • Arabic speaker is a must.
  • Ability to multitask and organize.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good customer service skills.
