Job Description
Stensul is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to drive growth within its largest Enterprise accounts. The Strategic Account Manager will work at the intersection of Sales and Customer Success, building relationships with key decision-makers and aligning their business objectives with the Stensul platform.

Role involves:
  • Owning and growing a book of strategic accounts.
  • Closing deals and negotiating customer agreements.
  • Developing and executing strategic account plans.
  • Identifying and supporting ‘mobilizers’ in large organizations.
  • Building a pipeline of growth opportunities.
  • Partnering with CSM teammates to lead executive business reviews.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years in an Enterprise Sales or Enterprise Account Management role, preferably with a SaaS B2B company.
  • Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Strong experience in a customer-facing role, advising C-level executives.
  • Understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, preferably focused on email technology (preferred).
