Stensul is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager, Strategic Accounts to manage client relationships and drive customer success. The role involves quarterbacking client ideas, driving platform adoption, and enhancing email programs. The Senior Customer Success Manager will build strong relationships with key decision-makers, understand their business objectives, and align them with the platform's capabilities.   • Being the voice of the customer.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in Customer Success or account management at a SaaS company.
  • Passion for customer success.
  • Proven track record of meeting retention goals.
  • Experience in an account team environment.
  • Strong customer-facing experience.
  • Understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem.
  • Experience owning and growing a book of business.
  • Commercial experience closing deals and negotiating customer agreements.
  • Analytical, relationship-building, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.
