Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Stensul

Stensul is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead the creation of its first Generative AI and Machine Learning application. This role involves architecting, implementing, and deploying scalable ML solutions that integrate seamlessly with Stensul's product, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will mentor other engineers, shape data modeling and coding practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business and product development.

Responsibilities:

• Working with roughly defined requirements to build effective solutions.
• Building infrastructure for a self-serving data platform.
• Build and deploy the company’s first Generative AI and Machine Learning application
• Following agile methodology
• Own and lead initiatives from inception to delivery

Requirements:

• Proficient in building, training, deploying and monitoring ML models.
• Experience in building content generation applications utilizing techniques in the NLP &/or Image Generation field.
• Skilled in GCP services (e.g., BigQuery, GKE, Vertex AI), and tools like Databricks, MongoDB, and MySQL.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data transformation.
• Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow or Prefect.
• Skilled in Python, Java or Scala or other commonly used in ML engineering.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and clearly communicate complex ML concepts.
