Stensul is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team in Argentina. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, process ownership, and compliance. The Senior Accountant will collaborate with the Controller and cross-functional teams to maintain financial integrity and support the company's growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate and assist Controller in month end close process
  • Analyze general ledger balances, investigate variances, review account reconciliations
  • Complete monthly accruals and journal entries for US entity
  • Reconcile all US key accounts monthly
  • Review/assist with revenue review in accordance with ASC606 standards
  • Manage AR processes to ensure invoices are issued within 48 hours
  • Lead daily accounting activities. Perform monthly sales tax reconciliations
Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of GAAP principles, ASC 606, and SaaS-specific financial operations
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Proactive self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment and an ability to prioritize and multi-task with minimal supervision
  • Strong working knowledge of and experience in financial reporting, month end closing, and audit support
  • BA/BS in Accounting or related field. CPA or equivalent is strongly preferred
  • Strong English skills
  • 4–6 years of accounting experience, preferably with US-based companies, and a strong preference for candidates with Big 4 or SaaS experience
