Too Good To Go is seeking a highly motivated Head of Sales - Key Accounts to lead initiatives and drive the success of the Key Accounts function in Poland. The company is dedicated to reducing food waste and has a community of over 94 million people across 19 countries. This role is based in Warsaw, Poland.
The Head of Sales - Key Accounts will be responsible for managing a team of Business Development Managers and a Key Account Team Lead, driving partnership acquisition and development across verticals, mainly Food retail, HoReCa, and Convenience. The role involves defining strategy, setting priorities, building a high-performing team, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and achieving key account goals.
Role involves:
- Leading and driving business development.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive account strategies.
- Overseeing the management and development of key accounts.
- Forecasting and planning for supply needs.
- Building a high-performing Key Account team through coaching and mentoring.
- Fostering a data-driven culture and ensuring best practices.
- Managing key account relationships at a senior level.
- Contributing to the organisation’s culture as part of the Poland Management team.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Business Development and Enterprise Sales Leadership.
- Experience leading a large sales team within a scale-up or fast-growth business.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in food retail, FMCG, food tech, or marketplaces (nice to have).
- Sound understanding of numbers and experience with sales tools like Salesforce.
- Fluency in English and Polish.
