Too Good To Go is seeking a Key Account Store Operations Specialist for a 1-year contract in Portugal. This role is pivotal in engaging and retaining stores, improving their performance, and maximizing food saved. The specialist will also drive collaborations with charitable organizations, ensuring surplus food is efficiently redistributed to those in need.Responsibilities include:
- Managing and engaging key partners through phone, email, and occasional on-site visits.
- Tracking and analysing KPIs to proactively address challenges and identify churn risks.
- Acting as a key contact for charitable organizations to develop partnerships for surplus food redistribution.
- Generating insights and actionable recommendations by analysing store and donation performance data.
- Providing an exceptional experience to stores, charitable partners, and users while representing the Too Good To Go values.
Requirements include:
- Proven experience in Account Management or Business Development, ideally within the retail sector.
- Experience working with charitable organizations.
- Strong commercial acumen and communication skills.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong passion for sustainability and fighting food waste.
