Too Good To Go is seeking a Partner Marketing Specialist in Prague to join their international Marketing team. The role focuses on the Czechia market, collaborating with Key Accounts teams to strengthen relationships with partners' marketing teams. The Partner Marketing Specialist will support Partner Marketing in Czechia, executing the company's B2B and B2B2C Marketing Strategy in collaboration with the local team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating B2B and B2B2C campaigns.
  • Building relationships with business partners' marketing teams.
  • Leading Key Account Employee Engagement campaigns and consumer-facing Shopper Marketing activations.
  • Amplifying local activity through partner channels.
  • Collaborating with Business Development and Public Affairs teams.
  • Ideating new activation ideas.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in delivering integrated Partner & Co-Branded Marketing programmes.
  • Experience working with partners such as Retailers, clients, or stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Czech.
  • Preferred background in FMCG or grocery retail.
  • Ability to operate effectively in an international organization.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Strong drive to engage partners and consumers.
  • Hyper-organised with experienced Project Management skills.
  • Experience in tracking and analysing the effectiveness of various marketing channels.
  • Keen eye for detail and proficiency in briefing & reviewing campaign assets.
  • Ambitious and results-oriented mindset.
  • A desire to make a positive impact.
