Role involves:
  • Supporting business leaders in identifying the right KPIs.
  • Providing data-driven guidance on key strategic decisions.
  • Designing and delivering self-service tools.
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to optimize campaign strategies.
  • Conducting in-depth analyses to identify demand drivers and measure marketing impact.
  • Utilizing marketing insights to enhance demand forecasting models.


Requirements:
  • Understanding of Marketing Data and KPIs.
  • Great communication and storytelling skills.
  • Hands-on experience working with senior stakeholders in Marketing.
  • Proficiency in designing, executing, and interpreting A/B tests.
  • Experience with causal inference and impact modeling techniques.
  • Econometric modeling experience; familiarity with marketing mix models (MMM) is a plus.
  • Proficient in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and transformation.
  • Python expertise for data pre-processing, or statistical analysis. R would also be considered.
  • Passionate about data literacy.
