Too Good To Go is seeking a Data Analytics Business Partner to enhance operational excellence. This role involves working closely with Strategy & Expansion teams and the Global Management Team, reporting to the Director of Analytics. The candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, driving strategic decisions and championing data-driven approaches, and scaled analysis within the Cluster Business Partnering team.
Responsibilities: - Providing analytical insights for informed decision-making in Sales, Strategy, and Leadership.
- Mobilizing Cluster Business Partners to deliver relevant insights from the Data & Analytics team.
- Identifying and prioritizing opportunities for scale and automation.
- Elevating Global Analytics through best practice sharing and guidance.
- Prioritizing analytics ideas and questions from common themes.
Requirements: - Significant experience in an analytical role supporting Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Strategy, or Business Operations.
- Proficiency in SQL and comfort with Python or R.
- Experience with Data Visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI).
- Ability to communicate statistical uncertainty.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management.
- Proactive mindset and teamwork skills.
- Effective communication in English.
