Too Good To Go is on a mission to stop food waste, operating in 19 countries. They connect businesses with surplus food to local consumers through their mobile app, having already saved over 80 million meals in France alone. The company is expanding its team and is looking for a Commercial to help achieve it's goals. This person will play a crucial role in expanding Too Good To Go network.
Role involves: - Developing a network of independent and franchised merchants through phone prospecting.
- Presenting the benefits of Too Good To Go's solution and convincing merchants to join the fight against food waste.
- Following up with merchants to ensure their satisfaction and engagement during their first month.
- Providing support to merchants in using the platform.
- Ensuring merchants have a complete understanding of the application.
Requirements: - Belief in the application's value for merchants.
- Comfortable and confident on the phone.
- Ideally, previous experience in prospecting.
- Ability to handle challenges and demonstrate perseverance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Empathy and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in a foreign language (Spanish, Italian, Arabic, Chinese) is a plus.
