Too Good To Go is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their Sales team in Melbourne.

The Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in expanding Too Good To Go's presence across Australia, engaging with restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, and bakeries to showcase the benefits of joining the platform. They will focus on closing inbound sales, conducting outbound calls when needed, and ensuring new partners have a positive initial experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Educating and empowering stores to join Too Good To Go and fight against food waste.
  • Delivering the value of Too Good To Go and its benefits to potential customers.
  • Using customer service techniques to identify store needs and curate the best setup for them.
  • Successfully onboarding and training stores and their employees.
  • Following up with stores to ensure they are fully set up for long-term success.
  • Maintaining a high volume of calls and communication with stores, achieving monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience working within a sales environment, especially over the phone.
  • Ability to quickly connect and establish relationships with potential partners.
  • Tenacity to keep trying when things get tough.
  • Rigorous and organized with strong prioritization skills.
  • Data-driven with experience working with a CRM and basic knowledge of Excel.
  • Independent and able to manage time effectively.
  • Team player with the ability to create synergy with other areas of the business.
  • Full Australian working rights.
