Too Good To Go is seeking a Sales Specialist to join their team in Lucerne, Switzerland. The company's mission is to inspire and empower people to reduce food waste by connecting businesses with users through the Too Good To Go app.

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for acquiring new partners, introducing them to the app, and providing initial support. The role involves a mix of telesales (80%) and active acquisition in the field (20%).

Role involves:

  • Acquiring new potential partners for the app
  • Introducing new partners to the concept and use of the app
  • Providing initial support to newly acquired partners
  • Maintaining activities in Salesforce and tracking goals
  • Collaborating with other departments to expand Too Good To Go's reach

Requirements:

  • Sales experience with cold calling
  • Enthusiasm and ability to engage with people over the phone and in person
  • Confident and proactive approach
  • Ability to manage multiple contacts and handle rejections
  • Independence, structure, and affinity for numbers
  • Experience with pipeline management (Salesforce is a plus)
  • Willingness to travel within the sales area
  • Alignment with Too Good To Go's mission
  • Excellent German and French skills (C1) and good English skills (B2)
