Too Good To Go is seeking a Sales Specialist to join their team in Bern, Switzerland. The company's mission is to inspire and empower people to save food from waste, and this role plays a crucial part in expanding their network of partners.

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for acquiring new partners and expanding the app's reach within their designated territory. This involves both telesales (80%) and active street acquisition (20%), requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills. The person will introduce new partners to the Too Good To Go concept and guide them on how to utilize the app effectively.

The Role Involves:

  • Acquiring new potential partners for the app, focusing on restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and food retailers.
  • Introducing new partners to the concept of Too Good To Go and the app.
  • Providing initial support to newly acquired partners.
  • Maintaining activities in Salesforce and tracking progress towards goals.
  • Collaborating with the sales team and other departments to identify potential partners and raise awareness of Too Good To Go.

Requirements:

  • First sales experience with cold acquisition.
  • Enthusiasm and persuasiveness on the phone and in person.
  • Authentic, open, and approachable attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple contacts simultaneously.
  • High level of independence, structure, and affinity for numbers.
  • Proficiency in German and French (C1) and good English skills (B2).
