Too Good To Go is seeking a Sales Specialist (Area Sales) in Lisbon to expand their presence and fight food waste. The Sales Specialist will focus on cold outreach to restaurants, cafes, and bakeries in the Lisbon metropolitan area who expressed interest in Too Good To Go, demonstrating the advantages of joining Too Good To Go platform. They will onboard new partners, provide initial support, and develop lasting relationships.

The role involves:
  • Negotiating with and empowering stores to join Too Good To Go.
  • Communicating the value of Too Good To Go to potential customers.
  • Using customer service techniques to identify store needs.
  • Onboarding and training stores for long-term success.
  • Following up with stores to ensure they are properly set up.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience in a sales environment, especially with phone-based sales and field meetings.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Tenacity and a results-oriented approach.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset and CRM experience.
  • Autonomy and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and a B2 level of English.
