Too Good To Go is seeking a Sales Specialist to join their growing team in Warsaw. The company's mission is to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together by connecting businesses with surplus food to consumers through their marketplace app. This role requires being based in Warsaw and going to the office 3 days per week.
Responsibilities: - Build connections and grow the community by signing up cafes, restaurants, convenience stores, bakeries, and other independent food retailers.
- Manage the entire sales process and onboard new partners onto the platform.
- Be responsible for new partners’ performance on the app during their first month of cooperation with Too Good To Go.
- Communicate with restaurants and other food businesses to introduce Too Good To Go.
- Research accounts, identify stakeholders/decision-makers, and generate interest about Too Good To Go.
- Find creative ways of reaching potential business partners.
- Seek ambassadors among the Too Good To Go partners community.
Requirements: - Experience pitching and closing opportunities over the phone and/or in person.
- First-class communication skills.
- Resilience and motivation to achieve results through perseverance.
- Genuine motivation to contribute to the mission.
- High energy and self-motivation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluency in Polish (C1) and B2 level of English.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and prioritizing prospects.
