Too Good To Go is seeking a Sales Team Lead to spearhead their launch in Perth, Australia. The Sales Team Lead will play a pivotal role in achieving personal sales targets and building a dynamic sales team. The role involves engaging with small and medium-sized business owners through proactive outreach, cold calls, in-person meetings, and emails.
Role Involves: - Identifying areas of improvement local to Perth and developing local processes.
- Managing KPIs for the team across multiple channels.
- Recruiting, inspiring, and empowering a dynamic sales team.
- Splitting time between signing new clients and leading the team to achieve sales targets.
- Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline using Salesforce.
- Collaborating with the manager to brainstorm ideas and provide updates on growth potential.
