Too Good To Go is seeking a Sales Team Lead to spearhead their launch in Perth, Australia. The Sales Team Lead will play a pivotal role in achieving personal sales targets and building a dynamic sales team. The role involves engaging with small and medium-sized business owners through proactive outreach, cold calls, in-person meetings, and emails.
    Role Involves:
  • Identifying areas of improvement local to Perth and developing local processes.
  • Managing KPIs for the team across multiple channels.
  • Recruiting, inspiring, and empowering a dynamic sales team.
  • Splitting time between signing new clients and leading the team to achieve sales targets.
  • Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline using Salesforce.
  • Collaborating with the manager to brainstorm ideas and provide updates on growth potential.
    Requirements:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in high-volume sales environments.
  • Proven experience in people management.
  • Understanding of sales organization and pipeline management.
  • Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and commitment to Too Good To Go's values.
