This role requires a mix of in-office and field days.
The role involves:
  • Converting high-quality stores and maintaining healthy pipelines.
  • Recruiting, developing, and supporting team members.
  • Prioritizing team efforts in line with business objectives.
  • Championing a high-performance sales culture.
  • Managing KPIs across multiple channels and creating performance dashboards.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • A minimum of 2 years of people management experience.
