SurveyMonkey is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join their team in Heredia, Costa Rica. The Solutions Consultant will support clients and Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, providing pre-sales technical, functional, and strategic support. This role involves collaborating across the organization, including with product, marketing, legal, and security teams, to ensure customer satisfaction.Responsibilities include:
- Translating features into value drivers for prospective clients.
- Providing functional and technical expertise during the pre-sales phase.
- Responding to RFPs/RFIs and custom Security Reviews.
- Serving as a customer advocate internally.
- Providing training to improve product knowledge and demo abilities.
- Developing expertise in the competitive landscape and the CX space.
Requirements include:
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Consultant, Sales Engineer, or equivalent in SaaS.
- A curious and inquisitive mind.
- Comfort presenting to various customers, including executives.
- A technical background with API experience.
- Experience delivering SaaS demonstrations and writing technical documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate in English at the B2+ level.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred.
