SurveyMonkey is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team within the Market Research Solutions team. The role involves solving complex problems and delivering full-stack functionality to enhance market research solutions. The Engineering Manager will lead a team of full-stack developers and QA engineers, working closely with engineering peers across the SurveyMonkey ecosystem. They will facilitate career growth for their team members, develop the technology roadmap, and collaborate with Product and Design teams.Role involves:

• Leading a team of full-stack developers and QA engineers
• Managing efforts spanning multiple contributing services
• Facilitating career growth for team members
• Developing and driving the long-term technology roadmap
• Collaborating with Product and Design teams
• Implementing effective engineering processes
• Managing objectives, priorities, trade-offs, and risks

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience managing and leading teams
• 10+ years of software development experience
• Experience building consumer-facing web applications
• Proven record of data-driven development
• Technical expertise with React, JavaScript, and GraphQL at scale, along with backend experience in Python
• Strong communication skills
