Finance & Revenue Systems Manager

Job Description

SurveyMonkey is seeking a Finance & Revenue Systems Manager to join their team. The candidate will manage a team of three Systems Engineers, focusing on system implementation, enhancement, and modernization projects for stakeholders in Revenue, Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Procurement. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

• Managing and supporting a team of System Engineers responsible for financial applications
• Performing hands-on configuration/customization within the Zuora Billing and RevPro platforms
• Partnering with Finance and revenue operations teams to transform business needs into high-quality, scalable processes
• Collaborating with key stakeholders across various departments
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting projects to streamline business operations

• Experience implementing, supporting, and optimizing financial systems such as Zuora, Netsuite, and RevPro
• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Zuora Billing and experience with RevPro is required
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience
• Extensive experience and fluency with Quote-to-cash operations
• Comprehensive understanding of accounting and finance processes
• Previous people management experience
• Netsuite certification
