SurveyMonkey is seeking a Finance & Revenue Systems Manager to join their team. This role involves strategic and tactical responsibilities, managing a team of three Systems Engineers, and completing complex configurations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing financial systems, gathering requirements, developing solutions, and leading high-performing teams.Responsibilities include:
Managing and supporting a team of System Engineers responsible for financial applications, including Zuora, NetSuite, Coupa, Navan, Blackline
Hands on configuration/ customization within the Zuora Billing and RevPro platforms
Partnering with Finance and revenue operations teams to transform business needs into high-quality, scalable processes
Managing a team of Systems Engineers and Analysts responsible for financial systems management to ensure stakeholder needs are met and critical projects are prioritized
Collaborating with key stakeholders across the business including Accounting, Renewals, FP&A, IT, People, and Revenue Operations during discovery stages to research and understand challenges and drive towards value-added solutions
Converting complex systems and processes into digestible components for both technical and non-technical audiences
Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and suggest projects to streamline business operations where applicable
Requirements include:
Experience implementing, supporting, and optimizing financial systems such as Zuora, Netsuite, and RevPro
5+ years of hands-on experience managing Zuora Billing and experience with RevPro is required
Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience
Extensive experience and fluency with Quote-to-cash operations
Comprehensive understanding of accounting and finance processes including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, etc
