Finance Systems Engineer - Netsuite

Job Description

SurveyMonkey is seeking a skilled NetSuite Systems Engineer to join their expanding team. Reporting to the Manager of Finance Systems, the role focuses on the complex configuration, integration development, and scripting within NetSuite along with other supported systems. The NetSuite System Engineer will be responsible for:

• Managing and supporting financial applications like Coupa and NetSuite.
• Configuring fields, forms, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Building and maintaining integrations between finance systems.
• Responding to user application issues and enhancement requests.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting projects.
• Completing testing for system implementation projects and releases.
• Creating and maintaining systems documentation.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or MIS.
• 4+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator.
• Experience with complex configuration and optimization projects.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• NetSuite certification (preferred).
• Experience with NetSuite SuiteScripts (preferred).
• Experience following the SDLC (preferred).
