SurveyMonkey is seeking a Salesforce Engineer to join their global Business Systems team in Heredia, Costa Rica. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the GTM Applications team, optimizing the current Salesforce platform, simplifying user experiences, and creating effective data flows across systems like Salesforce and Zuora. The role involves ensuring scalability, development, and integration of the Salesforce instance within the business technology stack.He/she will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with Operations Leaders to translate business outcomes into scalable solutions.
- Solving business problems by analyzing challenges and recommending Salesforce platform solutions.
- Deploying, administering, troubleshooting, and supporting scalable code on the Salesforce platform.
- Optimizing the end-user experience across key processes.
- Maintaining advanced knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and data flows.
- Ensuring adherence to high-quality software development practices.
Requirements for the role include:
- Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform (configuration & code).
- A strong understanding of GTM and challenges facing Sales & Service organizations.
- Experience with Salesforce in both admin and development capacities.
- Salesforce Admin and Developer I certification (preferred) along with Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification.
- Expertise in creating flows and writing Apex with proficiency in HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, JSON, and REST-based web services.
- Experience with CI/CD and agile methodologies.
- Ability to communicate in English at the B2+ level.
