SurveyMonkey is seeking a Brand Strategy Lead to define and implement brand strategies. This role, reporting to the Senior Director of Brand Strategy, Content & Research, requires a seasoned strategist to shape the brand's future. The Brand Strategy Lead will dedicate 75% of their time to brand strategy and research, while the remaining 25% will focus on people leadership.Role involves:
Defining and implement cohesive brand strategy.
Conducting research and analyze industry trends and competitor positioning.
Performing quarterly creative audits.
Leading brand campaigns from concept to execution.
Monitoring and analyzing brand performance.
Presenting brand initiatives and updates to executive leadership.
Requirements:
9+ years of experience in brand strategy, or brand management.
Deep understanding of brand positioning, narrative development, and audience segmentation.
Strong analytical skills.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in leveraging brand research, customer insights, and analytics tools.
Strong project management capabilities.
Experience in translating brand strategies into actionable deliverables for creative teams.
