SurveyMonkey is seeking a Brand Strategy Lead to define and implement brand strategies. This role, reporting to the Senior Director of Brand Strategy, Content & Research, requires a seasoned strategist to shape the brand's future. The Brand Strategy Lead will dedicate 75% of their time to brand strategy and research, while the remaining 25% will focus on people leadership.Role involves:
- Defining and implement cohesive brand strategy.
- Conducting research and analyze industry trends and competitor positioning.
- Performing quarterly creative audits.
- Leading brand campaigns from concept to execution.
- Monitoring and analyzing brand performance.
- Presenting brand initiatives and updates to executive leadership.
Requirements:
- 9+ years of experience in brand strategy, or brand management.
- Deep understanding of brand positioning, narrative development, and audience segmentation.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in leveraging brand research, customer insights, and analytics tools.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Experience in translating brand strategies into actionable deliverables for creative teams.
