SurveyMonkey is seeking a Senior Recruiter for future opportunities. This role is based in Bengaluru, India, and involves managing end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical positions. SurveyMonkey is not currently hiring for this specific role but would like to connect with potential candidates for future openings.The Senior Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience. They will guide candidates through the interview process, manage interview logistics, and negotiate offers. This role also involves proactively identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and collaborating with external sourcing agencies. Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Develop recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Guide the candidate process from interview scheduling to offer negotiations.
• Manage interview logistics and communication across time zones.
• Enhance and streamline recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with external sourcing agencies.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
• Proven success in recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse), scheduling tools (e.g., GoodTime), and sourcing tools.
• Experience partnering with diverse hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-centric focus.
• Ability to contribute independently in a collaborative team environment.
