SurveyMonkey is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead and build a Sales Development team in their Costa Rica office. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting and developing a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives, empowering them to connect with prospects to showcase the impact of SurveyMonkey's solutions.This role involves:
- Leading the growth and development of the sales presence in the Costa Rica office.
- Recruiting, mentoring, and inspiring a talented sales team.
- Partnering with sales leadership and sales enablement to implement sales methodologies.
- Providing detailed reports to internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience or equivalent.
- 2+ years of people leadership experience.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Adaptable, resilient, and team-first mindset.
- Passion for coaching and enabling others.
- Customer-first approach.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English at the B2B level.
