The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting and developing a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives, empowering them to connect with prospects to showcase the impact of SurveyMonkey's solutions.This role involves:
  • Leading the growth and development of the sales presence in the Costa Rica office.
  • Recruiting, mentoring, and inspiring a talented sales team.
  • Partnering with sales leadership and sales enablement to implement sales methodologies.
  • Providing detailed reports to internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and team-first mindset.
  • Passion for coaching and enabling others.
  • Customer-first approach.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English at the B2B level.
