Job Description

Movement Strategy is seeking a Senior Data Strategist to translate data into strategies. The Senior Strategist will combine performance metrics, social listening, and strategic thinking. With a curiosity about human behavior and social media dynamics, they will identify emerging trends, distill data into actionable insights, and craft narratives. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media for e-commerce and/or retail brands.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the development of social strategies and content optimizations.
• Leveraging social listening and analytics tools to uncover audience behaviors.
• Providing analytical rigor, integrating insights from various sources.
• Translating data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborating with peer-level clients and colleagues.

• Data proficiency with social listening, site analytics, and data analysis tools.
• Goal setting and measurement plan creation.
• Industry awareness and social media knowledge.
• Deck development and presentation skills.
