Orchard Brokerage is seeking a Team Lead to manage a team of 25-30 real estate agents in San Antonio, Texas. The Team Lead will be responsible for recruiting, supporting, and coaching agents to help customers achieve their real estate goals. This role offers a share of the team's production and access to company resources.Responsibilities:

• Recruit, support, and coach a team of 25-30 real estate agents.
• Help agents achieve customer buying and selling goals.
• Earn a share of the team's production.

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted Texas real estate license.
• Located in San Antonio, TX.
• 3+ years of experience as a licensed real estate agent.
• 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring real estate agents.
• Proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively coach a team.
• Strong communication skills.
