Job Description

Orchard Brokerage is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join their team in Dallas, Texas. The agent will be responsible for growing their business by leveraging high-quality seller appointments and unique client products. They will receive support to ensure both their and their clients' success.Role involves:

• Managing appointments with motivated home-selling customers.
• Utilizing Orchard's unique products like Move First, Concierge, and Cash Offer + Upside.
• Coordinating transactions and working with Orchard Mortgage and Title.
• Using sales materials and participating in training.
• Collaborating with a team lead and the agent community.

Requirements:

• An active and unrestricted Texas real estate license and are located in Dallas, Texas.
• Some residential real estate transaction experience, or an active real estate license plus a strong sales background.
• Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Drive for results and collaboration skills.
