Job Description

Orchard Brokerage is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join their team in Houston, Texas. The agent will be responsible for growing their business by leveraging the company's resources and support system. Orchard provides high-quality seller appointments, unique client products, and comprehensive support to ensure agent and client success.

The role involves:

• Managing 4 to 8 appointments per month with motivated home-selling customers.
• Utilizing transaction coordination services for every deal.
• Working with Orchard Mortgage and Orchard Title for seamless transactions.
• Leveraging best-in-class sales materials and dedicated training.
• Receiving one-on-one mentorship from a team lead.
• Participating in a strong agent community and culture.

Requirements:

• An active and unrestricted Texas real estate license and located in Houston, TX.
• Some residential real estate transaction experience, or an active real estate license plus a strong sales background.
• Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral).
• A drive for results with strong collaboration skills and humility.
