Orchard Brokerage is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join their team in Austin, Texas. The agent will be responsible for growing their business by leveraging high-quality seller appointments and unique client products. They will also receive the support needed to ensure both their and their clients' success.Role involves:

• Managing seller appointments
• Utilizing client products to close deals
• Providing outstanding customer experience
• Collaborating with colleagues

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted Texas real estate license
• Located in Austin, TX
• Residential real estate transaction experience or strong sales background
• Passion for customer experience
• Strong communication skills
• Drive for results and collaboration skills
