Job Description

Orchard Brokerage is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join their team in Bellevue, Washington. The agent will receive high-quality seller appointments, access to unique client products, and support to help clients thrive. This is a commission-only position with no cap on earnings; the average full-time agent earns $50,000-$120,000 or more per year.Responsibilities include:

• Working with motivated home-selling customers
• Utilizing unique products like Orchard Move First, Concierge, and Cash Offer + Upside
• Coordinating transactions and working with Orchard Mortgage and Title
• Using sales materials and training provided
• Collaborating with a team lead and agent community

The ideal candidate will have:

• An active and unrestricted Washington real estate license and be located in the Bellevue, WA area
• Some residential real estate transaction experience, or an active real estate license plus a strong sales background
• Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Strong communication skills
• A drive for results and strong collaboration skills
