Team Lead

Job Description

Orchard Brokerage is seeking a Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of 25-30 real estate agents in Houston, Texas. The Team Lead will be responsible for recruiting, supporting, and coaching agents to achieve their sales goals and provide excellent customer service. They will also earn a share of their team's production.

The role involves:

• Recruiting and onboarding new real estate agents.
• Providing ongoing coaching and support to team members.
• Helping agents meet or exceed production targets.
• Ensuring agents deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements:

• An active and unrestricted Texas real estate license and location in the Greater Houston area.
• 3+ years of experience as a licensed real estate agent.
• 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring real estate agents.
• A proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting or exceeding production targets.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively coach a team, develop skills, and produce results.
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
