Team Lead

Job Description

Orchard Brokerage is seeking a Team Lead in Austin, Texas, to manage and develop a team of 25-30 real estate agents. The Team Lead will recruit, support, and coach agents to achieve their buying and selling goals, while also earning a share of their team's production.Role involves:

• Recruiting and onboarding new real estate agents
• Providing coaching and mentorship to team members
• Supporting agents in meeting and exceeding their production targets
• Ensuring an outstanding customer experience

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted Texas real estate license, located in Austin, TX
• 3+ years of experience as a licensed real estate agent
• 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring real estate agents
• Proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Strong communication skills
